We are looking for a Landscape Worker to join our team and help create, improve, and maintain outdoor environments for residential, commercial, and public properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in visible results, and has a strong interest in plants, outdoor construction, and site care. The Landscape Worker plays an important part in transforming outdoor areas into safe, appealing, and well-maintained spaces that meet client expectations and environmental standards.
In this position, you will perform a wide range of landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, edging, mulching, watering, and seasonal clean-up. You may also assist with hardscape installation such as pathways, retaining walls, patios, fences, and irrigation systems, depending on project needs. Daily work often involves using hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery while following safety procedures and quality standards. You will work outdoors in varying weather conditions and may travel between job sites as part of a crew.
A successful candidate is dependable, physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions while also working independently when needed. Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, gardening, or construction is valuable, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important. Knowledge of plant care, soil preparation, weed control, and safe equipment handling will help you succeed in this role. The ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and occasionally clients is also important.
This job requires consistency, teamwork, and respect for tools, materials, and customer property. Landscape Workers are expected to maintain clean and organized work areas, identify potential site hazards, and complete tasks efficiently without compromising quality. Seasonal demands may include leaf removal, snow clearing, irrigation start-up and shutdown, and preparation of flower beds, lawns, and shrubs for changing weather conditions.
Our ideal candidate values craftsmanship and enjoys seeing a project progress from preparation to completion. Whether maintaining an existing landscape or helping install a new one, you will contribute directly to the appearance, usability, and long-term health of outdoor spaces. If you are motivated by hands-on work, enjoy being outside, and want to build practical skills in landscaping and site maintenance, this opportunity offers a rewarding path in a growing field.
